Basically, get a quote from a movie (a well known quote, not some line half way through the movie about the coffee being wrong).

Here's an example:

"Because he's the hero Guild Wars deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we wont use him, because his AI is broken. Because he's not a caster. He's a over-aggroer, a healing signet spammer. Koss."

I probably didn't do that one too well, but you get the idea.
